Order Cancellation and Modification
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at chair@softseatbase.com.
Before Shipment: Orders can only be cancelled or modified and fully refunded before they have been processed or shipped by our warehouse.
Unauthorized Transactions: If you discover or suspect any unauthorized transactions or fraudulent activity on your account or payment methods, please contact us immediately so we can stop the transaction and assist in resolving the issue.
Shipping and Delivery
We only sell products to customers in Europe and the USA.
Shipping and Shipping: Orders will be shipped from Italy within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 9 business days, via priority services such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
Tracking: At key shipping milestones, tracking notifications will be automatically sent to the email address you provided.
Delays and Non-Delivery: If your order exceeds the standard shipping time, we will initiate a formal investigation with the carrier. If the carrier fails to resolve the issue or locate the package within 14 days of the investigation’s commencement, we will automatically issue a full refund or arrange for priority reshipment.
Risk Transfer: In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the risk of damage to or loss of goods remains with us until the goods are actually delivered to you. The risk does not transfer to the customer after delivery to the carrier.
Returns, Withdrawal Rights, and Refunds
4.1 Withdrawal Rights (EU Customers)
EU residents have the right to withdraw their purchase without cause within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, please notify us by emailing chair@softseatbase.com.
4.2 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods
If your goods arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong goods, please contact us by email within 14 days of receipt, providing photographic or video evidence.
Upon verification and approval by our team, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange a free replacement. To prevent abuse and fraudulent claims, we reserve the right to request the return of damaged or incorrect items to our facilities or proper disposal with proof, before or after a refund/replacement is completed.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, but do not affect any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country or state of residence in Europe or the United States.
